Get good-for-your-heart omega 3’s and complete protein from the raw almonds, walnuts, flax and chia seeds, and a healthy dose of fiber from the whole rolled oats. You can use goji berries or any other high antioxidant dried fruit like blueberries but we love the brilliant red color that goji brings to this Valentines inspired treat.
• 1 cup goji berries
• 1/2 cup raw walnut halves
• 1/2 cup raw almonds or almond slivers
• 1 cup raw cacao nibs
• 1/2 cup chia seeds
• 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
• 1/2 cup sunflower seeds
• 1/3 cup flax seeds
• 3 cups whole rolled oats
